Specializing in a delightful array of French-style pastries and baked goods, this bakery offers more than just a quick bite—it delivers an authentic French patisserie experience right in the heart of the Strip.
Bouchon Bakery’s menu is a treasure trove for pastry lovers. From the irresistibly flaky and buttery classic croissant—praised by customers like Bonnie Chow as “the best croissant in Las Vegas”—to the sizable, perfectly textured macarons that are crunchy on the outside and chewy inside, each treat is crafted with care and finesse. Signature choices such as the Everything Bagel Croissant, Salted Caramel Macaron, Chocolate Almond Croissant, and the indulgent Beignets Du Jour showcase a delightful blend of delicate flavors and rich textures.
Real customer reviews vividly capture the unique appeal of Bouchon Bakery. Samantha Wolfe raves about the pistachio macaron’s rich and satisfying bite, while carly427 applauds the “sweet and amazing” vanilla latte paired perfectly with the large, flavorful macarons. The bakery’s coffee selection, including robust options like the hazelnut latte, complements the pastries flawlessly, creating a sensory symphony of taste and aroma that invites you to slow down and savor each moment.
While the bakery’s location tucked behind the escalator near the Grand Lux Cafe means it requires a keen eye to spot, loyal guests find the effort well worth it. Sampada Patel notes the convenient spot just outside the North Tower elevators at The Venetian, making Bouchon Bakery an ideal quick-stop for breakfast or a mid-day treat. The bustling morning lines are a testament to its popularity, though visitors should be aware that seating is limited, with counter service primarily designed for grab-and-go enjoyment.
Beyond the pastries, Bouchon Bakery also offers thoughtfully crafted sandwiches and salads—like the Ham & Cheese Croissant and the Salad du Jour—as well as wholesome breakfast options including fruit yogurt, yogurt parfait, and oatmeal. For those who want to take the flavors home, the bakery’s packaged goods such as caramel corn, almond toffee, and shortbread offer a sweet souvenir from their Parisian-inspired journey.
Whether you're stopping in for a buttery croissant warmed to perfection, a textured and flavorful chocolate chip cookie, or a freshly brewed cup of smooth Equator coffee, Bouchon Bakery provides a comforting, elegantly simple escape. Its ability to evoke a genuine French moment amidst the vibrant energy of Las Vegas sets it apart as a must-visit destination for those who appreciate authentic craftsmanship and exceptional quality in their baked delights.
Bouchon Bakery is perfectly located right outside the North Tower elevators at The Venetian, making it an ideal stop for a quick breakfast or coffee before heading out for the day. We stopped in this morning and grabbed coffee and a macaron, and everything was excellent. The pistachio macaron was huge and absolutely delicious perfectly crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and full of rich pistachio flavor. We ordered a peppermint latte and a mocha, and both coffees were smooth, rich, and well-balanced, not overly sweet or watered down. Bonus points for the pricing: * Coffees were around $8 * The macaron was $6 Honestly, that's cheaper than Starbucks on the Strip, and the quality is noticeably better. If you're staying at The Venetian and want great coffee, excellent pastries, and a quick grab-and-go option without sacrificing quality, Bouchon Bakery is an easy win. We would absolutely stop here again. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures..
Yummy pastries and Equator coffee! Difficult to find because it is hidden under and behind the escalator by the Grand Lux Cafe BUT it is in the Venetian not the Palazzo. And there is always a line in the mornings so be prepared for that. Counter ordering and no tables to sit so you have to take it back to your room.
My boyfriend insisted we come here and it didn't disappoint. Similar to Napa, the macarons are huge! Loved the delicious assortment of baked goods and the coffee (vanilla latte) was sweet and amazing!
I tried the chocolate almond croissant and a hazelnut latte both were amazing! The coffee is rich and smooth. On our last day, we wanted to buy some coffee beans, but they close early around 4:30. I’ll definitely be back next time to grab some!
Definitely the best croissant in Las Vegas! I only tried their classic croissant, it was perfectly flaky, buttery, and so fragrant. You can even ask them to warm it up for you, and it tastes absolutely heavenly right away! The bakery has such a charming and elegant vibe, everything feels well-made and authentic. A must-visit spot if you love pastries or just want a little French moment in Vegas.
Bouchon Bakery inside The Venetian is a true gem, especially for guests staying in the North Towel since it’s conveniently located right outside. During my stay, I found myself returning daily for the same order: an iced caramel latte and a caramel macaron. The iced caramel latte stands out compared to what you’d typically find at most coffee shops. It had a bolder, more robust espresso base with a smooth caramel finish, rich, slightly toasty, and not overly sweet. Paired with their dedicate caramel macaron, which is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within, it makes for an indulgent yet balanced treat. The consistency in both flavor and quality made this my go-to spot throughout my stay. A must-visit for anyone at The Venetian who appreciates thoughtfully crafted coffee and pastries with a French touch.
Okay so this isn't going to be the most dazzling bakery in the palazzo. However, the lovely man at the counter was so gracious and kind taking my order for a large group. The staff were so efficient whittling down the long line in 5 to 10 min and the food was good! Coffee was better than the usual Starbucks equivalent and the prices are extremely fair. If you are looking for a very quick grab and go this is going to be a fantastic option. Remember to tip the staff as this stand is extremely popular and they are all working hard.
